CMTPI 2019 will take place in Hotel Epirus Palace at Ioannina City, Greece.
It is strongly recommended to stay in the Hotel Epirus Palace to facilitate the organization of the meeting and to benefit from the facilities and services of the hotel. Special room rates are offered during the meeting and one day before and after the meeting.
Registration has to be made directly from the hotel website (http://www.epiruspalace.gr/) by using the booking code CMTPI2019.
Ioannina being a touristic place, the conditions of hotel booking are guaranteed until 27 May 2019. Under these conditions, it is recommended to book at the earliest.

The above mentioned room rates are per night, including VAT, open American buffet breakfast and free wifi in the rooms. City tax is not included in the hotel prices. Last, note that the room rates can be adjusted in case of a VAT increase.
